Terms and Conditions of Purchase
1. Products Offered
We offer medicinal mushroom extracts as food supplements and materials for home cultivation. The products comply with EU regulations, such as Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 on food safety and Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 on food information.
Note: Food supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Customers are responsible for verifying that the purchase, possession and use of the cultivation kits comply with local laws.
2. Eligibility
To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Purchases are available to consumers and businesses in the European Union.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include the VAT applicable in Spain, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination and are displayed before confirming the order.
We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Klarna and SEPA Debit. Card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway compliant with the PCI DSS standard.
4. Order Process
- Select the products and add them to the cart.
- Enter your shipping and billing details correctly.
- Review the order and confirm payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all EU countries. Delivery times vary according to the destination and are estimated at 3-7 business days.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not yet been dispatched, by writing to info@boscum.com and indicating your order number. Once we receive your request, we will confirm the cancellation and proceed with a full refund of the amount paid.
If the order has already been shipped at the time of the cancellation request, it will be processed as a return in accordance with the conditions described in the following sections.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without having to justify the reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by an unequivocal written statement to info@boscum.com. The direct costs of returning the product shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated.
Exceptions: For reasons of hygiene, safety and health, food supplements and other sealed products that have been opened or used after delivery, as well as perishable or activated cultivation products, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
8. Returns and Refunds Policy
Defective or incorrect products: If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours at info@boscum.com, attaching your order number and, if possible, photographs. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Method of refund: All refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer in the original purchase (credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Klarna or SEPA Debit), unless the customer expressly agrees to another method. The customer will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Refund period: We will process the refund without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when we become aware of the withdrawal request or from receipt of the returned products. The date on which the amount becomes available in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
9. Warranties
The products carry a legal warranty of conformity of 3 years from delivery, applicable to defects existing at the time of delivery, in accordance with the consumer regulations in force.
10. Liability
Boscum Garrotxa SL is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the products or the buyer's failure to comply with local laws. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.
11. Prohibited Activities
This merchant undertakes not to permit any transaction that is illegal, or that is deemed by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank to be capable of, or to have the potential to, damage their goodwill or negatively affect them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programmes: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. In addition, the following activities are also explicitly prohibited:
- Selling medicines.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Olot, Spain, unless consumer regulations grant rights to the consumer's local jurisdiction.
