Edible mushroom cultivation on recycled materials
Eminently practical workshop that aims to foster curiosity about the Kingdom of Fungi where we will work with organic recycled materials.
We talk about circular economy, its principles and the idea of turning materials we usually throw away into growing substrates to obtain highly nutritious foods such as mushrooms.
We teach the basics to start growing edible mushrooms on clothes, cardboard, and coffee grounds.
Duration: 2.5-3 hours.
