We will teach you a cultivation technique of low technological level and reduced price that will allow you to cultivate with straw different varieties of Oyster Mushrooms throughout the year without the need to pasteurize or sterilize this material.
The idea is that you can reproduce this cultivation method at a domestic level and learn to grow the mushrooms you consume at home.
