Cultivation on Logs: The three techniques (TTT)
In this workshop we are introduced to the traditional cultivation of mushrooms that grow on wood.
In this workshop we explain the principles of cultivation on wood and teach the three main techniques. We practice with the slicing technique (the simplest), the totem technique (similar to slicing), and the drilling and sealing technique. By acquiring these techniques you will be able to grow all kinds of mushrooms that grow on wood.
Duration: 4 hours, depending on the number of techniques you want to practice.
Audience: Teenager, adult.
