Recommended dosage:
- Intensive use: 2 ml (40 drops) per day
- Preventive or maintenance use: 1 ml (20 drops) per day
How to use:
- Place drops under the tongue for 20 seconds for optimal sublingual absorption.
- Drops may be diluted in a small amount of water, juice, or tea.
- We recommend taking 1 ml in the morning and 1 ml at midday.
- For best results, use for at least 3 months.
